This is a 5-night/6-day Char Dham Yatra helicopter tour approved by the Ministry of Tourism, Government of India. The pilgrimage covers the four sacred shrines of Yamunotri, Gangotri, Kedarnath, and Badrinath, starting and ending in Dehradun. The package cost is Rs. 2,30,000 per person and includes helicopter flights, VIP darshans, local transport, and a sightseeing visit to Mana Village. Comfortable hotel stays with all meals (pure vegetarian) are provided at each destination, featuring premium options like Fairfield by Marriott and Sarovar Portico. Passengers are provided with duffel bags for the strict 5 kg luggage limit, and ponies or palkis are included for the Yamunotri trek.
Tour Itinerary
Day 1 : Arrival at Dehradun
You will be picked up from the Dehradun airport or railway station and transferred to your hotel. An evening tour briefing will be conducted by the staff to take actual weights and distribute duffle bags. The day concludes with a relaxing dinner and an overnight stay at a hotel like Fairfield by Marriott.
Day 2 : Dehradun to Yamunotri
You will check out early and fly from Sahastradhara Helidrome to the Kharsali Heli-Base.From Kharsali, you will travel 6 km by palki or pony to reach the Yamunotri temple for special puja and darshan.After completing the religious rituals, you will return to your Kharsali/Yamunotri hotel for dinner and an overnight stay.
Day 3 : Yamunotri to Gangotri
An early morning flight will take you from the Kharsali Heli-Base to the Harsil/Jhalla Helipad. You will be driven by car about 22 km (roughly 1 hour) from the hotel to the Gangotri temple for your darshan. Ground staff will assist you throughout your stay in Harsil, ending with dinner and an overnight stay at the resort.
Day 4 : Gangotri to Kedarnath to Sitapur/Guptkashi
You will fly from Harsil to the Sersi Heli-Base, where you will change choppers to fly directly to Kedarnath.The Kedarnath temple is a short 500-meter walk (about 15 minutes) from the helipad for your darshan.Upon completion of your prayers, you will fly to Sitapur/Guptkashi for your arranged hotel stay and dinner
Day 5 : Kedarnath to Badrinath
You will take an early morning flight from Sersi to the Badrinath Helipad and check into the elite Sarovar Portico hotel.After lunch, you will enjoy a sightseeing trip to Mana Village, recognized as the first village of India.The evening features a coordinated VIP Darshan at the Badrinath Ji temple followed by dinner at the hotel.
Day 6 : Badrinath to Dehradun
After breakfast, you will check out and be driven back to the Badrinath Helipad for your return flight.You will arrive back at the Sahastradhara Helidrome in Dehradun to collect your remaining luggage.Vehicles will drop you off at the airport or railway station, marking the official end of the tour package.

Package Exclusions
Payment Terms
The booking is confirmed with a 50% deposit of the charter amount. The full amount must be paid 15 days before the date of the journey.
Cancellation Policy
Before 30 Days of Journey: No cancellation charges apply.
30 to 20 Days Before Journey: A 25% cancellation fee will be charged.
20 to 10 Days Before Journey: A 50% cancellation fee will be charged.
Within 10 Days of Journey: No refund will be issued for cancellations.
Rescheduling: You can reschedule to a later date (subject to availability) with a 10% additional fee if requested at least 15 days before the journey. Requests made within 15 days of the journey are treated as cancellations.
Bad Weather: If the journey cannot be completed due to bad weather or technical reasons, the company's liability is limited to a refund of the unutilized sectors.
