Tour Itinerary

Day 1 : Day 1: Delhi – Mathura (147 Kms. /03.00 hrs.)

Upon arrival at Delhi, drive to Mathura – The city is the birth place of Lord Krishna. The surroundings ‘Braj Bhoomi’ is where Lord Krishna have grown up. Upon arrival at Mathura, check in to hotel. Visit Vrindavan in the afternoon, where Lord Krishna had spent his childhood days, played the flute sporting with the Gopis and where Radhika pined for her lover. Visit the Govind Dev Temple – built in 1590 and is a testimony to the architectural splendor of medieval India, Rangaji Temple – Vrindavan’s longest temple constructed in 1851 with a 50 feet tall ‘Dhwaja Stambha’ believed to be of gold plated, Madan Mohan Temple situated near Kali Ghat, Glass Temple and the Banke Bihari Temple – one of the oldest temples built in 1921. Over night stay in hotel.

Day 2 : Day 2: Mathura –Gokul –Mahavan –Govardhan –Mathura

After B/f drive to Gokul where Nand Gopal was sheltered in Yashoda Maiya’s home. Also visit Gokul Nath Ji Temple, Mahavan – believed to have cradled Lord Krishna, ‘Assi Khambha’ the temple dedicated to Mathura Nath Ji, Govardhan – where Lord Krishna held aloft ‘Giriraj’ , the sandstone hill on his finger for seven days and nights to protect the people of Braj from the wrath of rain and thunder sent by Indra. In the evening return to Mathura. Overnight stay in Hotel

Day 3 : Day 3: Mathura – Delhi

After B/f proceed to Delhi & the tour ends.

Payment Terms

• 30% of the total package cost is required at the time of booking confirmation.

• 50% of the remaining balance must be paid 15 days prior to the tour departure date.

• The final balance payment must be cleared at least 7 days before the start of the tour.

• For bookings made within 7 days of departure, 100% payment is required at the time of booking.

• All payments can be made via Bank Transfer, UPI, Credit/Debit Card, or other approved payment methods.

• Booking confirmation will be issued only after receipt of the advance payment.

• Any additional expenses incurred during the tour due to personal requests, optional activities, or unforeseen circumstances must be paid directly by the guest.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation made 30 days or more before departure: 10% of the total package cost will be charged as cancellation fees.

• Cancellation made between 15 to 29 days before departure: 25% of the total package cost will be charged.

• Cancellation made between 7 to 14 days before departure: 50% of the total package cost will be charged.

• Cancellation made within 7 days of departure: 100% of the total package cost will be charged.

• No refund will be provided for no-shows, unused services, or early departures from the tour.

• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–15 working days after cancellation approval.

• In case of natural calamities, road blockages, weather conditions, government restrictions, or any force majeure event, cancellation charges imposed by hotels, transport providers, or local authorities will be applicable.
