Tour Itinerary

Day 1 : Day 01: Delhi Arrival

Upon Arrival Delhi, Transfer to Hotel, After Lunch Visit Birla Temple , Kutab Minar Lotus Temple ,India Gate in the evening / Akshardham Temple. Over Night stay at Hotel.

Day 2 : Day 02: Delhi – Shimla (368 Kms. 8/9 Hrs )

After an early B/fast Depart to Shimla En-route visit Pinjor Garden, Arrival at Shimla (Capital of Himachal Pradesh) late evening ,Check in to Hotel ,Overnight

Day 3 : Day 03: Shimla – Kufri – Shimla (24 kms)

After early breakfast way to Kufri. Afternoon half day city tour visiting Indian Institute Of Advanced Studies, Sankat Mochan Temple and Jakhu Temple, Evening free to stroll in the famous shopping place of Shimla town – The Mall & The Ridge. Overnight at hotel.

Day 4 : Day 04: Shimla – Manali

After early breakfast you will proceed to Manali (320 kms/8 hrs) Manali is a perfect hill station covered with Snow Mountains and beautiful water falls. On arrival check in at hotel.- Dinner and overnight at Manali. Evening free for own activities / leisure.

Day 5 : Day 05: Manali

After B/fast dep. to Gulaba / Madhi/ Rohtangpass Snow Point the highest bus road in the world, -(tourist spot in Himalaya having snow all 12 months) is the most visited tourist spot in Himalaya having snow round the year (Upto Snow Line in case Rohtang is closed due to snow fall) after enjoying back to hotel for lunch , Evening free for relax , overnight stay at Hotel.

Day 6 : Day 06: Manali

After B/fast Visit to Hadimba Temple, Club House, Vashistha Bath, Baudh Cave & evening free for walk on Mall Road & Shopping, overnight stay at Hotel

Day 7 : Day 07: Manali – Dalhousie (360 Kms)

After B/fast Dep. to Drive to Dalhousie , En-route Vaishnodevi Temple at Kullu arrive Dalhousie late in the evening , check in to Hotel , overnight stay .

Day 8 : Day 8: Dalhousie – Khajjiar- Dalhousie

After B/fast dep. to Khajjiar (22 Kms.), the place is called Mini Switzerland , enjoy horse ridding back to Hotel for Lunch, Evening walk on Mall Road & go Tibetan market for Shopping, overnight stay .

Day 9 : Day 9: Delhousie – Pathankot /Chakkibank

After B/fast Check out from the Hotel & drive to Chakki Bank / Pathankot Railway station to board the Train. Tour ends on arrival at Pathankot /Chakkibank with the happy memories of the Himachal to cherish.

Payment Terms

• 30% of the total package cost is required at the time of booking confirmation.

• 50% of the remaining balance must be paid 15 days prior to the tour departure date.

• The final balance payment must be cleared at least 7 days before the start of the tour.

• For bookings made within 7 days of departure, 100% payment is required at the time of booking.

• All payments can be made via Bank Transfer, UPI, Credit/Debit Card, or other approved payment methods.

• Booking confirmation will be issued only after receipt of the advance payment.

• Any additional expenses incurred during the tour due to personal requests, optional activities, or unforeseen circumstances must be paid directly by the guest.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation made 30 days or more before departure: 10% of the total package cost will be charged as cancellation fees.

• Cancellation made between 15 to 29 days before departure: 25% of the total package cost will be charged.

• Cancellation made between 7 to 14 days before departure: 50% of the total package cost will be charged.

• Cancellation made within 7 days of departure: 100% of the total package cost will be charged.

• No refund will be provided for no-shows, unused services, or early departures from the tour.

• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–15 working days after cancellation approval.

• In case of natural calamities, road blockages, weather conditions, government restrictions, or any force majeure event, cancellation charges imposed by hotels, transport providers, or local authorities will be applicable.
