Day 1: Delhi – Mathura (147 Kms. /03.00 hrs.)
Upon arrival at Delhi, drive to Mathura – The city is the birth place of Lord Krishna. The surroundings ‘Braj Bhoomi’ is where Lord Krishna have grown up. Upon arrival at Mathura, check in to hotel. Visit Vrindavan in the afternoon, where Lord Krishna had spent his childhood days, played the flute sporting with the Gopis and where Radhika pined for her lover.
Visit the Govind Dev Temple – built in 1590 and is a testimony to the architectural splendor of medieval India, Rangaji Temple – Vrindavan’s longest temple constructed in 1851 with a 50 feet tall ‘Dhwaja Stambha’ believed to be of gold plated, Madan Mohan Temple situated near Kali Ghat, Glass Temple and the Banke Bihari Temple – one of the oldest temples built in 1921. Over night stay in hotel.
Day 2: Mathura –Gokul –Mahavan –Govardhan –Mathura
After B/f drive to Gokul where Nand Gopal was sheltered in Yashoda Maiya’s home. Also visit Gokul Nath Ji Temple, Mahavan – believed to have cradled Lord Krishna, ‘Assi Khambha’ the temple dedicated to Mathura Nath Ji, Govardhan – where Lord Krishna held aloft ‘Giriraj’ , the sandstone hill on his finger for seven days and nights to protect the people of Braj from the wrath of rain and thunder sent by Indra. In the evening return to Mathura. Overnight stay in Hotel
Day 3: Mathura – Delhi
After B/f proceed to Delhi & the tour ends.
